Well, he is a lawyer among other shortcomings.

While we can't yet conclude that Leach has done anything wrong, neither 
can we dismiss the James' claims just because Craig happens to work for 
ESPN. Texas Tech officials thought enough of this to suspend Leach, so 
it had to pass somebody's giggle test - unless we think TxT is out to 
get him less than a year into a five-year contract extension.
