[Husker] Holiday Bowl lines

When the line moves towards making Arizona more of a favorite, it
means that people are betting on Arizona.  It is the books way of
trying to get people to bet on Nebraska in order to even the wagers.
It is puzzling to me apparently many people are betting on Arizona
either even or as a slight favorite when most computers pick Nebraka.
