But if the betting line favors a team, doesn't that mean the bookies
are trying to get folks to bet more on the favorite in hopes that when
the game is done, the money is spread evenly between wins and losses
(or actually would favor losses cuz that's profits for the bookies).
On a close game like this, it would seem that bettors may be favoring
the Huskers too, and line is intended to bring the money bet on the
game closer to even on both sides.  Someone will correct this if I'm
wrong, but I often get confused by this.  All the more reason why I
don't bet on anything.

But if I WERE a betting man, I'd take that under.  I don't think
either team will score over 14-17 points.
