I love this kind of stuff Skylar. Thanks. But......the staff doesn't trust somebody here the qb or receivers. My opinion is the receivers. Their play is poor at best catching the ball

A bit of info I saw on a message board.

 ============================================================================
 ======

There's your first 300 decisions---under pressure with live bullets.

Then there's your second 300 decisions---a year later.

 Will you be better?

Every Husker Quarterback in the last 30 years was....

 I. Quarterback Completions: First-year. Second-year.

 Turner Gill:
 --'81: 51.6%
 --'82: 54.2%

 Steve Taylor:
 --'86: 41.9%
 --'87: 46.3%

 Tommie Frazier:
 --'92: 44.0%
 --'93: 47.5%

 Eric Crouch:
 --'98: 48.5%
 --'99: 51.9%

 Scott Frost:
 --'96: 52.0%
 --'97: 55.3%

 Jammal Lord:
 --'02: 46.6%
 --'03: 48.3%

 Zac Taylor:
 --'05: 55.1%
 --'06: 59.6%

Joe Ganz - ** NOTE ** had only three starts in '07.
 --'07: 58.6%
 --'08: 67.9%

 Zac Lee:
--'09: 58.8% [Note: The highest first-year percentage in the group.]
--'10:... [Our first QB to go over 60% in his second year?]

II. Reasons To Be Optimistic About Next Year's Offense:

Ten returning starters. No one has more than that.

--QB: All return---Lee, Green, Spano, et.al.
--RB: All return---Helu, Burkhead, Robinson, et.al.
 --O-Line: 4 of 5 return.

 And the bell-ringing bonus....

--Receivers: 85% of all receptions return---the most in the Big 12. (Maybe
the nation...? That's a huge figure.)

 III. Zac Lee: Good enough?

Lee's not badly positioned in the group below---good enough to get us to
 another Championship game and beyond.

2010's Returning Big 12 Quarterbacks: Completions ('09 Big 12 regular season
 games)

 1. Potts, TT: 65.7%
 2. Florence, BU: 60.7%
 3. Johnson, TAM: 60.0%
 4. Arnaud, ISU: 58.8%
 5. Lee, NU: 58.1%
 6. Jones, OU: 57.1%
 7. Gabbert, MU: 56.5%
 8. Hansen, CU: 55.8%

 The Bottom Line:

Our Offense has little star-power. NFL scouts are not salivatating over
 anyone.

Expect it: All will work smoother next year. And Lee as a Quarterback will
be better---everyone from Turner Gill on has shown that.

And all those returning Receivers...? Expect to see them more open, more
often, and more in tune with Lee. 300 throws will do that.

 There you go.

Just some things to think about....
