The local media in KC is trying to obtain a copy of the report copiled on MM through the FOIA. If they're successful, then we'll know the real story.

Until then it's all speculation. IMO anyway.

Your assuming that there was relevance to the charges he made toward 
Mangino.  But Perkins method of handling the whole matter is an obvious 
question mark on his integrity.  That is the reason I don't think either 
Harbaugh OR Turner will go to Kansas.  Perkins actions make him even a 
more unprofessional AD than Stevie boy in my opinion.
