I would put leadership at the top of the list, along with the ability to
teach. Ganz showed good leadership as a player, both on the field and
off: the guy stuck with it for almost four years before getting a
chance, and then made it pay off big time. I agree with Aaron that Joe
could be a good coach, but only time will tell.
