In many cases, the QB on a HS team is also the best athlete on the team. How
many QBs wind up playing other positions in college, because they're no longer the
best athletes on the team?

I think it was Osborne who once said that aside from filling a few specific positions
each year (notably I-back), his primary recruiting goal was to get the best athletes
possible (in a variety of sizes, I assume) and then turn them into college-level players.
