This news hardly comes as a surprise, and it doesn’t seem entirely
negative in light of another news item:
“A source within the Husker program says Nebraska has gained two
commitments today from two players from Fort Scott Community College:
Offensive tackle Jermarcus Hardrick, formerly an LSU commit, and
linebacker LaVonte David, who is a product of Miami's talent-heavy
Northwestern High School.“

I’d say NU won with this “trade-off.”
