Well, as I've stated, it's not clear (to me, anyway) that the last play 
was reviewable. But they are two completely different situations. In the 
case of the KO, the whistle blew and play stopped. Even if a review had 
shown the call to be incorrect, what could they do about it? In the 
other situation, the remedy was simple: put that last second back on the 
clock.
