I couldn't agree more. They are both 100% political. I'd add Peyton
Manning's name to Tommies as the two who were stiffed.

The following comments will probably get me some consideration for a
Pulitzer so read them carefully.....

As a 40 year Lion "Fan", if there was some way I could communicate with Suh,
I would use every weapon in my arsenal to convince him that he should call
the Lions ASAP and inform them that no amount of money would entice him to
play for them if drafted. It would hurt his reputation short term but who
remembers what Eli Manning or John Elway did when they were up for the
draft.

Speaking of the Nobel Prize, how about one for Bo for the way he conducted
himself last night. I was one who didn't like his antics in earlier games
but I will have to say last night he conducted himself perfectly (in my
opinion). Intense but civil and not afraid to go after the refs after some
of the bad calls.

The defensive coaching and game plan was absolutely outstanding last night,
as was the execution by the players. If the refs had called even 10% of the
holding on the Texas O line and hadn't made the "Chicken Sh_t" pass
interference calls, it would have been NU 12, Texas 3.

Another thing that really teed me off was the attempts to injure Suh. On
the first play of the game Texas was called for a chop block. The same
player was called for the same later in the game. I saw another one that
was missed by the refs. You can't tell me that the same player can chop
block the same guy three times w/o being "told" to do it. If I were Bo, I'd
give the TX coach a piece of my mind.
