[Husker] Was the last play reviewable?

This one is tough, because my interpretation is that an incomplete pass
is reviewable. If so, can the time left on the clock be changed? I don'
really understand what is or isn't reviewable. I believe that any play
that could change the outcome of game should be reviewable.

And no ruling on the field was reversed, so you may be right.

Are there any budding refs out there?

Why does the Dallas area have all the conspiracies associated with it?
