Section 3f. "Clock adjustment when a ruling on the field is reversed."
The pass was incomplete, no review needed on that front.
No other mention of clock adjustments being allowed by review.

Subject: [Husker] Was the last play reviewable?
My interpretation of the replay rules (reference link:
http://www.big12sports.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=10410&ATCLID=152290
6 ) is that it fell under Article 2 a Passes:
Article 2. Reviewable plays involving passes include:
a. A pass ruled complete, incomplete or intercepted anywhere in the field
of play or an end zone.
So, unfortunately, I guess the replay was legit.
But man, woman, and child alive what a game. Just like the 1993 Orange
Bowl, nobody gave Nebraska a chance and boy were they proved wrong! This
team is awesome and a bowl win will let everyone else know just how
awesome they are.
I am damn proud of these Huskers!
Go Big Red!
