No Bo doesnt have to explain anything to us....he said from the start there would be no comment on it and just because Cody wants to make comments means nothing. The University also has no obligation to comment on it. Bo or more likely Tom has to report it to the NCAA and explain it to them but that is the only explination that has to be given....and they dont even have to report that to the public if they dont want.

If it turns out that he did scalp tickets, and Coach knew about it and
didn't report it, we're gonna get dinged for it.  In no way is BP going
to be able to stick with his "no comment".  With this kind of
accusation out there, he is going to have to explain himself and his reasons for
the suspension.  Stonewalling looks really bad and always, always makes it
worse.
