The author is quote an incorrect rumor that has been floating around for
quite a while.  What CG did do was not legal, but it was not against NCAA
rules (ironic somehow).  

Duane:  Whether Cody scalped or not I don't know, but it's not just the
Washington Post that has quoted him as saying he did, so if he didn't, the
author is not wrong, Cody is.
