We went to the VB exhibition this evening at the NU Coliseum.  The Huskers' play overall was pretty good except for dropping a game to the overmatched Missouri State Bears. Additionally, there were some hiccups, presumably due to the team getting used to differnet player rotations and a new team dynamic without last year's seniors and new freshman.  That said, this team is very young and talent-rich.  Freshman Hannah Werth was amazing.  I was sitting there with my senior class (high school) daughter and it hit me that two of the freshman girls enrolled early to join the team...and they are my daughter's age.  Besides feeling a bit old, the future for Husker volleyball remains bright and will be played at the highest levels!  This team will be spectacular come the fall VB season.  Now back to the second half of UNC-'Nova...
