I shouldn't even reply, but Steve Kauf is mistaken about how many
hours professors work.  (We don't get a couple of months off after
the season ends.)  And, evidently, he doesn't appreciate the difference
in quality of impact.  (Let's see: "Lawrence Phillips or someone who
is working on cures for cancer?")
