I think Pinkel had a lot more to work with (a little bit better
in-state talent, and more financial commitment from the U for the FB
program). Mangino started in a bigger hole and had fewer tools than
Pinkel, but has achieved nearly as much.

I would go Mangino, then Pinkel, then Gundy.
