[Husker] NU v VT

Actually I am not at all blaming the penalty and Pelinis reaction for this loss, I was simply passing a remark about it. Nebraska lost the game for a variety of reasons, not the least of which were the inability to stop the run or stop an offense that before tonight was ranked somewhere in the bottom third of the rankings.

Those who believe the hit out of bounds was not a legit penalty should go back and look at the film, it was the right call. I am a huge Pelini fan as well, but to get that unsportsmanlike penalty when Nebraska was holding VT to field goals all night was unacceptable and I will bet the coach would agree regardless of whether the penalty on Suh was the right call or not. There were also WAY too many missed tackles in the game, and I'm also willing to bet Pelini addressed it in the press conference, if anyone heard it (I did not).

The Huskers must get better at running the ball or it will be a long conference season.

Scott, you can't put the loss of this game on Suh and Pelini. And it looked
like An ACC homer job to me and a ref that did not have very thick skin.

Nice meltdown by Suh and Pelini at the end of the game.

If the Huskers play like this next week Missouri will try to score 100
points on them, and may actually be able to do it.

Doesn't quite look like the Huskers "are back" yet.

Outside of the red zone defense, we look pretty poor. Chase Daniels is
probably licking his lips.
