For those of you whose ISP carries ESPN360.com, you should get the game. 

go to ESPN360.com and if you see a note similar to 
"Congratulations! Your high speed internet service provider, AT&T, carries ESPN360.com" - you are in luck...


Also, it will be available on the ESPN GamePlan package in regions NOT slated to carry the game on the local ABC affiliate. Check your cable or satellite provider.
