Maybe some more proof that Pederson and Callahan really were.

“He’s a genius when it comes to offensive football, blocking... You’d be crazy not to listen.”

Referring to Osborne. Entire article can be found hear.

What are peoples thoughts on VT?

I feel the game is going to be difficult for NU. NU is playing the dreaded "dual threat qb" which gives even excellent teams trouble. I know their qb hurt his ankle late in the game last week, but it sounds like he will be fine.

I look forward to seeing NU in action against a team that should be able to match their speed and size. Although, I have read that VT's coach says NU is huge. Not sure what to make of that when they have a freshman tackle that is around 327 pounds. I am sure it is just coach talk.

I expect the crowd to be a factor and I hope it will be loud.

I am sure Mizzou will be watching since they are off, but at least we will be running more of a base defense.

My prediction: NU 27 VT 22
