[Husker] Christensen Reinstated

If I had to bet my life on whether or not he did it, I'd say yes. But to
say *far* more likely seems like a stretch.

I want you to know that I HATE saying this, because I have 2 daughters and
it doesn't excuse sexual molestation on any level. However, if the only
evidence is a woman not wearing any undergarments under a short skirt
claiming she's molested, it's aweful tough to not have at least a modest
level out doubt in my mind.

I want to repeat, her dress/behavior/attitude whatever DOES NOT excuse that
sort of behavior. However, if her testimony is the only evidence, and it
was, then it's nowhere near enough to convict.

Especially the lack of forensic evidence (why couldn't they find anything on
his hand???) which is much more significant than verbal testimony of the
alleged victim.

I know that "Innocent until proven guilty" only really applies to the court
system, but I wish "public opinion" would use the same restraint (at least a
reasonable level).

Gotta side with Steve here (which is hard for me). I think (my opinion
only) that it is *far* more likely that he did it than he didn't.
