It's good to have an athletic director that isn't afraid of scheduling 
some good OOC opponents.  Like most things he did, the OOC schedules set 
up by Pedey were mostly disgraceful.  Check out 2010 - Western Kentucky, 
Idaho, @Washington, South Dakota State.  It's obvious that Pedey wanted 
to lock in at least 3 "guaranteed wins" each year for Callahan.

If Nebraska is back in contention for BCS titles by this time, then OOC 
will be hugely important.
