I don't see how Bo could give the accusation any weight, unless he had 
some compelling independent evidence of Christensen's guilt, e.g., he 
told Bo he did it. Bo wasn't there; he can't possibly know what really 
happened, and the evidence of Christensen's guilt was weak, as the 
jurors said.

The image of the program is important, but so is fairness to the 
players. If you decide that Christensen must be kicked off the team 
because he was accused - and only accused - of a crime, no matter how 
serious, I think you have set a disturbing precedent.

Now, if you want to say that Christensen was not sufficiently punished 
for what he pleaded guilty to (and for being dumb enough to get himself 
into such a situation), that's a different matter and you could 
legitimately argue it either way.
