No chance?  Play backups to get them experience for next year?

I don't like the sound of that.  It feels like Callahan's first  
season.  Throw away winnable games (@ISU that year was particularly  
hard to stomach) in the name of "the future".  Quite a future he built.

No way Pellini thinks this way.  I say we do have a chance, given that  
OU's defense doesn't look impenetrable. If there's a chance, let's tee  
it up with our best shot from our best players and see what happens.   
A win against OU on this national ESPN stage would pay huge dividends  
for the program right now.  Our backups are getting the reps they need  
in practice, unlike the previous regime where they stood around all  
the time. If you want evidence, just take a look at the way Koehler  
performed when he came in last week.

OU 44 NU 38 (but I hope I'm wrong and NU actually has the 44).
