[Husker] Random thoughts on the Baylor game

Overall a great win for the Huskers.

Nate Swift and Joe Ganz looked terrific.  Marvin Lucky proved why he is the starter.
Excellent defensive adjustment at the half, although I wonder if the injury to Baylor's QB had an effect.

Defense in the first half look promising on the first Baylor possession.  After that, I was very disappointed.  They looked very much like the defense from last year.  As mentioned previously, the halftime adjustments seemed to make the difference.

Turning point of the game...Bo Pelini cussing out Tyler Wortman on the sidelines.  I am curious as to what happened on that play.  Whatever it was, the defense played inspired football for the rest of the game.

Finally, more on Ganz.  I am more impressed by him then ever.  Not only is he a terrific player, but he makes excellent decisions...whether it be checking off at the line, finding the open receiver, or reading the option, he always seemed to make the right choice.  A+ for the day.
