[Husker] Mizzou debacle

I guess I wouldn't mind the OC to vacate the position. There is just not
much in the way of imitation. No reverses no screens although I did see one
in the second half. The only miss direction is play action roll out.

Second half?? I though the ESPN crew stopped talking about the game
in the 2nd quarter. And that didn't bother me, this wasn't an 'A'
crew from ESPN, the less they said the more I liked it.
With only a redshirt freshman and a sophomore for backups (and neither one
of them traditional Nebraska-style option quarterbacks), I'm not so
surprised that Ganz was still playing in the 4th quarter against Mizzou's
2nd and 3rd string.
I thought it was pretty obvious when Ganz had to go in last year that
he hadn't gotten very many reps before then. Well, he's getting them now.
And maybe Callahan's decision to make Ganz second string wasn't so bad
after all.
Lucky has never excited me, the player I want to see more of is Helu,
but at 6'0" 215 he's kind of small for power football these days and
too big to sqeeze through the teenie holes this OL has been generating.
BTW, don't be too surprised if there's a coaching roster change before
the 2009 season, at OC.
