I remember that Nebraska was down 14-0 before ESPN started covering the 
game because the prior game on ESPN did not finish by the kickoff time. 
  I don't think this affected anyone in Nebraska, but it definitely 
happened for out of state people.  If I had to guess, I'd say kickoff 
will be some time around 8:15.
