[Husker] coach of the year

No question improvements have been made. And quite often "coach of the year" is associated with the coach who has guided a significant improvement in a team's performance. On that basis BP might deserve some consideration.
I have to wonder however, whether some of the tirades, "temper-related incidents" and occasions where he just lost his cool will derail what little traction he might receive.

If OU wins at Stillwater, Texas beats A&M in Austin, and Tech beats
Baylor in Lubbock, then it is a 3-way tie with the relevant tie-breaker
the BCS ratings, which it appears might favor OU. It is a smart
tie-breaker in terms of securing BCS bids.
