If he's dismissed from the team, that's probably irreversible.

A suspension implies the possibility of return, but it also may change
the administrative aspects of it.  This may have to do with athletic 
department policy, university rules, or NCAA rules.  Of those, the only
things that Bo or Tom Osborne can change are athletic department policies,
and they may not want to do even that.
