Mike, I appreciate the fact that I am very biased in this, but I felt the
RUTS (which I acknowledge genuinely happened) was a direct result of hearing
for a full 30+ days how quick Northwestern can score on you and how no lead
was safe.  We heard it over and over and over and over about how they could
score TDs at the drop of a hat and we better not get comfortable with any
lead.

I really don't think there was any malice toward NW, but I don't have any
hardcore facts to go with that.

NW has had a great season this year, btw.  They seem to be moving in the
right direction for sure.
