Isn't this the same thing that we got a mild probation for some years ago under Osborne?  I remember we were put on probation, little or no penalties, and I think it had to do with players selling tickets, but my memory could be failing me.  If so, I bet the AD did not like hearing about that again.  Not that he had anything to do with the suspension, I'm sure that was all BP, but I remember Tom *hated* being hit with probation no matter how mild.
