[Husker] CBS CSTV - not televising the Nebraska regional?

On the CSTV link to watch, it says 9pm EDT LIVE.  So is that live at 9PM EDT
in progress?  Or is live incorrect?  I guess I'll tune in at 9pm EDT and
see.

Yes, and I was surprised as well to see the Frisbee match(?) taking place,
surprised that it was on, and that it extisted.

Everything I've read about TV coverage for Nebraska's regional indicated 
that NETV was supposed to televise it in Nebraska and CSTV would also be 
picking up the feed.  I thought this would be good news as I'm in 
Minnesota but get CSTV through my cable provider.  Unfortunately, CSTV 
is currently broadcasting some stupid ultimate frisbee competition (I 
kid you not).

Are there regional CSTV feeds, and I'm not getting the same feed in 
Minnesota?  I am currently watching the streaming video through 
Huskers.com, but it's very odd to see the CSTV logo on the Huskers.com 
broadcast when the game doesn't appear to be on CSTV at all.  I'm 
wondering if somebody at CSTV missed a memo.

Note:  Comcast has been bouncing a lot of list traffic recently.  The
