     Couldn't agree more.  Really when Childress was here we had two 
Head Coaches in all practicality.  They just had different 
responsibilities.  It was almost like a football team with no Head Coach 
but an Offensive Coordinator and an Defensive Coordinator running 
things.  Anderson was the Head Coach and had the final say but Childress 
and Anderson worked well together. 


     You also nailed the "problem" many times with producing great 
assistants.  They find places they can be Head Coaches.  For now, 
though, NU seems to have found a great combination.  It has all the 
appearance of a fun year.
