Well, if you're talking football, you probably mean 1959. But if you 
mean basketball, 1957 was the year the Huskers beat Kansas - with Wilt 
Chamberlain - in Lincoln after losing in Lawrence by fifty or so. As 
Darrel Royal used to say, "There ain't a horse that can't be rode; there 
ain't a man that can't be throwed." (But as someone else also said, "The 
race does not always go to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, but 
that's the way to bet.")
