I believe that's speculation at this point.  No official announcement has been made; Huskers.com still lists it as TBA.

Also, although that web site doesn't state timezones, it appears all of those times are Eastern.  So make that 6 pm central time.  Also, note that that site lists it as FSN PPV (Pay Per View), not FSN.

I think it's a good assumption it will be televised on pay-per-view (season opener, Bo Pelini's first game, and the spread is only 14 points according to Vegas.)  And since it's played in August, I'd think 6 pm is more likely than 11:30 am due to concerns about heat, if NU has a choice.
