     I see where the publishing company that publishes "The Oklahoman", 
an Oklahoma City newspaper, is suing the Nebraska fan that posted the 
false information.  They may have indeed a pretty good chance to win 
because they probably can show damages.  A newspaper has to have an 
amount of credibility to sell newspapers.  If they can indeed show they 
were damaged by the information they have a good shot.  Just speculating.
