     Nebraska fan in trouble.  This is a really stupid thing to do.  I don't 
know if this law suit will stick or not.  I am not an attorney nor do I play 
one on TV.  However, it is my understanding that in order to make a law suit 
stick you have to be able to show loss.  It doesn't have to be financial. 
It can be maybe you were denied employment because of something that was 
said or like that.  I don't think embarrassment or being upsetting qualifies 
as loss but again I am not an attorney.
