Whew, is this ever going trouble for Conradt. Sorry he is a known Husker
fan. My "Okie" lunch partners will have a field day. My ancestors may even
be mentioned.

In this case, I think using the term "so-called fan" is called for.
James Conradt, a "so-called" Husker fan living in Austin, Texas, created a
hoax web site that erroneously reported that Oklahoma quarterbacks Sam
Bradford and Landry Jones had been arrested for distributing cocaine. The
hoax was quickly revealed, but not before two Texas radio stations reported
on the story. Now Conradt may be facing legal problems for his stunt.

I'm not sure what the point about making up a story like this would be.
Certainly, it would be quickly disproven. He ended up being quickly
identified anyway. And let's be honest... arrests for cocaine, if true,
aren't funny either.

Note: Comcast has been bouncing a lot of list traffic recently. The
problem appears to be on their end.
