[Husker] Peter

[Duane Feldman]

Damian was a Husker recruit but while still in HS fractured his neck in a swimming pool accident.  Doctors advised him to never play football again.  IIRC, NU honored his scholarship as a medical scholarship.  I think he graduated, but do not know for sure.  He did spend at least some time helping the football program as manager or someother capacity.
