[Husker] Bitter cold Huskers games

I was at the 97 ISU game and the 93 OU game, and the
93 OU game was the coldest game I've ever attended. 
Wore everything I possibly could, and then some.  I
don't remember the exact temperature, but I do
remember that the wind chill index was supposed to be
around -20 that afternoon.  We had a nice little
snowstorm a couple of days before the game as well.
