[Husker] Bitter cold Huskers games

There used to be a list member who was the 'resident husker
meteorologist', but I cannot remember his name, or if he even posts here
anymore. Someone will remember this, I'm sure.

Watching the NFL games this past weekend made me wonder if
meteorological records were kept for Husker football games.? Among
others, I vividly remember sitting through the bitter cold 1976 and 1993
Nebraska-Oklahoma games in Lincoln and was curious how cold it actually
got during those contests.? If someone could direct me where to find
this information, I would greatly appreciate it.? Thanks.
