[Husker] Bitter cold Huskers games

Watching the NFL games this past weekend made me wonder if meteorological records were kept for Husker football games.? Among others, I vividly remember sitting through the bitter cold 1976 and 1993 Nebraska-Oklahoma games in Lincoln and was curious how cold it actually got during those contests.? If someone could direct me where to find this information, I would greatly appreciate it.? Thanks.
