  We may not "know" as you put it, that the new guy will be better than the old guy, but I think we have a pretty good idea that he will be better for the program.  I can't see anyway that Bo won't be much more successful than the not mentioned by name old guy.
   
  There should be no doubt that the defense will be much improved.  Anyone want to argue that next years defense won't be better than last years defense?

IIRC Callahan was fired on Nov.24 which is pretty close to two 
months ago. Callahan is where he should be and that is in the NFL. I 
don't believe he is a bad coach. His way of doing things just doesn't 
fit the college game. He didn't fit as a college coach and for sure not 
at NU. TO had no choice but to send him packing. But, with that said I 
do wish Callahan and all his former assistants the best. The big thing 
is we have no idea the guy we have right now will be any better. I not 
saying he won't be but at this point we really don't know.
