[Husker] Texas Makes A Hire

I think different situations call for different
solutions. Texas is looking to shake things up,
especially on defense. I think Muschamp is a great
hire for the Horns; I personally thought he might have
been an intriguing hire here as the head coach, though
I think some of the questions about Bo Pelini are
doubled for Muschamp.

But Pelini's original hire 5 years ago was a bold move
to bring in an outsider to revamp the defense is very
similar to Texas' move yesterday. Pelini didn't have
any college resume, but Nebraska did go after one of
the top young defensive minds in football. And ended
up getting one of the top defensive coordinators in
college football.
