As some one who has coached mens and womens soccer I can say that Jason Peter is correct about the men, but for women you need to foster team friendship for them to thrive. Which is why Tenn W-BB and UNC W-soccer has amazed me in how well they recruit teams that can win so much

I don't know if all y'all have been following what's happening with  
Sarah Pavan and an article she did that has caused her removal from  
practicing with the volleyball team, but I summarized pretty much
