[Husker] Sooners get their 8 wins from 2005 back

The NCAA has overturned their ruling that Oklahoma had
to "vacate" their eight wins from 2005 over Rhett
Bomar's employment at a car dealership.

Oklahoma's other punishments still stand (scholarship
reductions & restrictions on recruiting).
