Pinkel should have gone straight from the locker room to the nearest
church and lit a candle.  How can someone who was one of the Heisman
favorites in the pre-season look THAT BAD this late in the season?

BTW, the assistant coach change of the year has to be when Mike Hankwitz
was let go by Wisconsin and picked up by Northwestern as their new DC.  

Wisky's defense was pretty bad this year (far worse than in 2007) and 
Northwestern's defense was much improved.
