Well, Jamie Pollard came in, wanted to start raising $$$. Dan McCarney  
had a 3-7 season going at ISU, 0-6 in the Big 12 when Pollard said it

Everyone there cried when McCarney was fired. Now Chizik is gone. Ames  
is one helluva hard place to be successful, and you have to wonder  
what they're going to do next (other than continue to suck).

Nebraska - related..... Pollard wants to resurrect the ISU baseball  
program, which was cut to pay McCarney's salary. This is a slap in the  
face to them.

I could probably look up the recruits that have come to the Huskers to  
play baseball..... but I'm lazy and going to watch volleyball  
instead. :)
