The emphasis on UB's 117th-and-last football ranking a few years back, and
how Turner has renewed the program, brings to mind another woeful program
that was near the cellar of Division I-A not too long ago -- Kansas State.
(I don't intend to equate Turner Gill and Bill Snyder as people, though.
That would invite a lot of flames ... 8^)
