Stoops yes, Leach not even a little.  I think he should be up for National
COY.  He made Texas Tech into a National Championship contender...that
certainly deserves some credit.

Pelini did a great job this year and I think he deserves the credit over
Stoops, but not even close to Leach.

Here's my vote:

1) Leach
2) Mack Brown (supposed to be an off year for UT, they're a tackle on
Crabtree away from the national championship)
3) Pelini
4) Stoops
